Blackberry Mini Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) blackberries, halved
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup(s) milk
• 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
• 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda

Grease a 24 mini-muffin tin with cooking spray. Slice berries in half & place in a bowl with the lemon juice. Add the 2 tablespoons sugar & toss lightly.
