Blackberry Mousse


  • 8 to 10 mint sprigs, for garnish
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cointreau, Grand Marnier , or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 bags (10 ounces each) frozen blackberries, without sugar; reserve several for garnish
  • Juice and grated zest of 1 orange
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
