Blackberry Mush


  • ½ cup(s) water
  • ¾ cup(s) cornstarch
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1 quart(s) blackberries

Stem and wash berries. Place berries and 2 c water in quart size pan. Bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch (add cornstarch to 1/2 c water, then add to berries). Cook about 4 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
