Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons finely grated tangerine peel or orange peel
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons dry red wine
  • 1 5/12 cups sugar
  • 1 ½ large pears
  • 3 cups frozen blackberries
  • Powdered sugar
