Blackberry Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 vanilla ice cream
• 1 large egg
• parchment paper
• 2 ½ cups fresh blackberries
• 9 ½ tablespoons sugar
