Blackened Catfish 2
Ingredients
- 3 lemons cut into wedges
- 4 catfish fillets (6 ounce )
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
- ½ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

- 1 tablespoon(s) dried oregano
- 2 tablespoon(s) paprika
Combine the paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper in a small bowl. Rub both sides of fish with the paprika mixture. Heat oil and butter in a large pan over high heat. Add fish and cook 3 minutes on each side. Squeeze lemons onto fish and add them to pan.
