Blackened Catfish 2

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons cut into wedges
  • 4 catfish fillets (6 ounce )
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon(s) dried oregano
    • 2 tablespoon(s) paprika

Combine the paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper in a small bowl. Rub both sides of fish with the paprika mixture. Heat oil and butter in a large pan over high heat. Add fish and cook 3 minutes on each side. Squeeze lemons onto fish and add them to pan.
