Blackened Catfish and Spicy Rice

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) fillets catfish
