Ingredients

  • 1 (2-pound) flank steak, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons hot paprika
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Combine first 7 ingredients; rub spice mixture over both sides of steak. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Prepare grill.
