Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • + 13 more ingredients
    • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
    • 1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • Fish:
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 2 teaspoons canola oil
    • Sauce:
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cornichon
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1. To prepare sauce, combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill. 2. To prepare fish, combine paprika and next 7 ingredients (through red pepper).
