Blackeyed Pea Dip


  • 2 can(s) blackeyed peas
  • 1 can(s) shoepeg corn (white corn)
  • 1 can(s) Ro-tel tomatoes (mild or regular)
  • 1 bunch(s) green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bottle(s) Italian salad dressing (small bottle)

Drain the peas and corn; mix all ingredients together, let set overnight, serve with chips of your choice
