Blonde Brownies 4

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) vanilla
• 2 cup(s) flour
• ¼ teaspoon(s) baking soda
• ²/₃ cup(s) butter or margarine
• 2 cup(s) brown sugar
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 cup(s) chocolate chips
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, let cool. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add the butter mixture, mix. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
