Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1 cup blood orange juice (about 2 blood oranges)
    • Syrup:
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Cake:
    • 1 (16-ounce) carton plain yogurt
