Blood Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon(s) butter, cut into small pieces
  • ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • CRUST:
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) rolled oats
  • TOPPING:
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 4 cup(s) fresh blood peaches, peeled & sliced (2-3 lbs.)*
    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ½ cup(s) milk
    • ½ cup(s) flour
    • ¼ cup(s) brown sugar, packed
    • ¼ cup(s) butter (melted)
    • 1 1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour, sifted
    • ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
    • FILLING:
    • 1/3 cup(s) granulated sugar

Place peeled and sliced peaches into a 4 cup measuring container.  Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon.  Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt.
