Ingredients
- 2 slices deli ham
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chopped shallot
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- Chopped cherry tomato
- Fresh basil leaves
Cut 4 hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Combine 1 teaspoon chopped shallot, 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil in a small bowl.
