Blue Cheese And Watercress Soup

Ingredients

  • 250 millilitre Croutons
  • Assorted herbs, to serve
  • 150 gram Blue cheese
  • 1 KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake
  • 150 millilitre Cream
  • 225 gram Watercress, large stalks removed
  • 600 millilitre Water
