Blue Cheese, Bacon and Pear Brunch Sandwiches


  • 1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups apple juice
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 rosemary focaccia bread, or other square rolls, split
  • 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
