Blue Cheese, Bacon and Pear Brunch Sandwiches
- 1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups apple juice
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 rosemary focaccia bread, or other square rolls, split
- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
