Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup finely crumbled Danish blue cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted.
