Blueberry and Corn Succotash

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups frozen baby lima beans
  • 3 slices center cut 30% less fat bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

    • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen corn kernels (thawed)
    • 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
