Blueberry and Lemon Curd Slice

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp icing (confectioners) sugar
• To serve:
• ¾ cup blueberries
• ¾ cup lemon curd
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• + 4 more ingredients
• • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 100g butter
