Blueberry and Lemon Friands


  • extra icing sugar, to dust
  • 5 Egg whites, (190-200g), lightly beaten with a fork
  • 150g Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 200g Butter, melted and cooled
  • 150g Almond meal (ground almond)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest (grated from 1 large lemon)
  • 95g Icing sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 60g Plain flour
