Blueberry Bread Pudding With Caramel Sauce


  • 1 container egg beaters real egg product (8 ounce container)
  • 2/3 cup(s) sugar

In a large bowl blend together milk, egg beaters, sugar, vanilla & cinnamon; set aside. Place bread cubes in bottom of lightly greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with blueberries.
