Blueberry "Cream" Oatmeal Smoothies | The Law Student's Wife |


  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 large banana, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
  • ½ cup loosely packed spinach
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk of choice)

Place blueberries and oats at the bottom of the blender and pulse a few times to crush. Add banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, flaxseed, and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
