Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

Cake:
Nonstick cooking spray
2 c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
1 T baking powder
¼ t salt
½ c vegetable shortening

- 1 c 2% reduced-fat milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ c fresh or frozen blueberries
- Topping:
- 1 c sugar
- ½ c all-purpose flour
- ¼ c butter, melted
