Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¾ c sugar
  • ¼ c (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 t baking powder

    • ¼ c (1/2 stick) butter or margarine

    • ½ c sugar
