Blueberry Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • ½ cup butter or margarine, softened

1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture just until combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
