Blueberry Macademia Nut Swirl Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 1 cup blueberry pie filling
• ¾ cup chopped macadamia nuts or blanched almonds
• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup whole wheat flour

  • ¾ cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, chilled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
