Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cup(s) sifted cake flour
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• ¹/₃ cup(s) shortening
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup(s) Milk

In a small bowl combine cake flour, baking powder and salt. In a larger bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar. Beat in egg.
