Blueberry Pancake Syrup - Low Carb

1 Combine the first 4 ingredients in sauce pan. 2 Bring to a boil, using a whisk to mix. 3 Combine cornstarch and 2 Tbl water, then pour into blueberry mixture. 4 Mix until thickened.
