Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) blueberries

• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
• 1 cup(s) sour cream
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda

Whisk together flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Cook on hot griddle.
