Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter (plus more butter for cooking)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2½ tsp baking powder

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour (260 grams)
