Blueberry Peach Chia Parfait


  • 1 Medium Peach, Sliced Thinly (equal to roughly ½ Cup)
  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • Optional: Hulled Hemp Seeds for sprinkling
  • 3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk, I used So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
