Blueberry-Peach Cobbler

• 5 pounds peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
• ³/₈ teaspoon salt, divided
• 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
• 2 cups fresh blueberries
• 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• ½ cup butter, softened
