Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup chilled butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Sour Cream Ice Cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar (or to taste)

    • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
    • 2 tablespoons sugar

    • ¼ cup whipping cream, divided
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
