Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 5/6 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 10 ounces blueberries
    • ¼ cup water
