Bob Evans® Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage
• 1 pound Bob Evans® Original Roll Sausage (can use favorite flavor)
• ½ cup uncooked rice
• ½ green pepper, diced
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
• ¼ teaspoon chili powder
• 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

1. Place cabbage in microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. water. Cover and heat on high 5 minutes. Remove 8 leaves and trim out thick stems. Set aside. 2.
