  • ½ cup dry quick oats (uncooked)5 egg whitesTop with sugar free syrup

Combine the 1/2 cup dry quick oats and 5 egg whites in a bowl.Mix up with a spoon till the oats are mixed with the egg whites.Heat up a non stick pan.
