Bombay Sliders with Garlic Curry Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro
• 2 pounds ground turkey
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 ½ tablespoons ketchup
• 1 ½ tablespoons plain yogurt
• 6 ¼ teaspoons curry powder
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• + 7 more ingredients
• • ¼ cup green onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon hot chili powder or Hungarian hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 small dinner rolls
