Bourbon-Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bourbon, heated
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 cup evaporated milk

Cream butter and sugar in a medium mixing bowl; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine pumpkin, milk, bourbon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
