  • ½ cup bourbon or cola soft drink
  • 1 (16-ounce) package bun-length smoked sausage
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • Coleslaw
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion

Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over low heat; add sausage. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on buns with Coleslaw.
