Bourbon Sausage Dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- ½ cup bourbon or cola soft drink
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 (16-ounce) package bun-length smoked sausage
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over low heat; add sausage. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on buns with Coleslaw.
