Bourbon Snaps

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 3 tablespoons bourbon
• ¼ cup chopped almonds
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup (1/4 lb.) butter, melted and cooled
• 1 cup all-purpose flour

1. In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter, sugar, molasses, and bourbon until smooth and well blended, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. 2.
