Bran Apple Muffins


  • ¼ cup salad oil
  • 12 ounce thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup nonfat dry milk
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1-½ cup whole wheat flour
    • 1 cup each bran cereal and untoasted wheat germ

In a large bowl, mix together bran cereal, wheat germ, flour, dry milk, baking powder, raisins, and walnuts; set aside.
