Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 5 cup(s) flour, sifted
  • 3 cup(s) sugar
  • 12 ounce(s) Raisin Bran
  • 5 teaspoon(s) soda
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 quart(s) buttermilk
    • 1 cup(s) oil
    • ½ teaspoon(s) allspice

Mix dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 to 20 minutes at 400°. Batter keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen.
