Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cups wheat bran
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 6 tablespoons molasses

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin pans or line with paper cups. 2. In a large bowl, combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, wheat bran, salt and baking soda.
