Bran Muffins (refrigerated)


  • 4 eggs
  • 5 cup(s) flour
  • 1 box(es) Raisin Bran (15 ounce box)
  • 1 quart(s) buttermilk
  • 1 cup(s) salad oil
  • 3 cup(s) sugar

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs well. Add oil and buttermilk to eggs then add dry ingredients well but only until blended. Fill greased muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 350° til done. Keeps in ref for 6 wks
