Bran Muffins with Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup molasses
- ¼ cup packed dark-brown sugar
- ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt

- 1 cup wheat bran
