Bran Muffins with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup packed dark-brown sugar
  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ¾ cup whole-wheat flour (spooned and leveled)
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
    • 1 cup wheat bran
    • 1 cup raisins
