Brandied Cranberries


  • 6 tablespoons brandy
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 lbs cranberries

1 Spread cranberries evenly in a roasting pan 2 sprinkle sugar over berries and pour brandy over all. 3 Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour –. 4 cool completely before serving-.
