Brandied Fig Bundles


  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, warmed
  • 12 sheets 4 x 4 inch puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons brandy (use a good quality brandy)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 15 figs, peeled
