Brandied Fig Bundles
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, warmed
- 12 sheets 4 x 4 inch puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons brandy (use a good quality brandy)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 15 figs, peeled
