Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 can(s) evaporated milk (12 ounce cans)
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) w. sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) melted butter or margarine
  • ½ cup(s) raisins
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 loaf bread, cubed (1 pound loaf)

In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, butter, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Add bread cubes; stir gently. Pour into a greased 9x13 in baking dish.
