Breakfast Sausage Casserole 3


  • 1 cup(s) sharp, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cup(s) milk
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 4 slice(s) bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 pound(s) sausage

Cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Put bread in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Gently pour over sausage and bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Add cheese when almost done.
