Ingredients

  • 9 corn tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups pinto beans, warm
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack
  • 1 ½ cups shredded lettuce

    • 1 ½ cups diced tomatoes
    • Sour cream
    • Guacamole
    • Salsa
    • Sliced jalapenos

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F.
